I have been raising Coltrievers in Lacey, Washington since 2010. They are a designer dog, which is a mix of Golden Retriever and Border Collie breeds. They are a mid- sized dog, weighing between 40 and 80 pounds. The conformation of a Coltriever is similar to a Golden Retriever. Their colors vary with some black and white, some tri-color and some that resemble pure Golden Retrievers in their coloring.

My dogs are  intelligence, calm, and love people. They are ideal companions for the great outdoors here in Washington State. They love to be out and about or just at home with you. They make amazing service dogs and agility dogs. Their superior intelligence and physical capability make it easy for them to learn these jobs. They excel in this environment as they are bred from working dogs. As they are encouraged to problem solve, it can be frustrating for an owner to feel like a dog is outsmarting him or her. Therefore, these dogs are not for everyone.

Above all, the puppies make great family members. They provide the unconditional love and loyalty that only a dog can. Remember, these are social family members and I do not recommend that Coltrievers be left alone for long periods of time.

My goal is to give my puppies the best start possible. That being said, I love my dogs dearly and hope that you will as well. I hope to hear from you soon so you can meet some of these amazing dogs!
